Featured Interview with Claire Agutter – Part 3
"With or without SIAM, you may end up with a unique operating model that draws on the bits that clients need, whether it's COBIT, VeriSM, ITIL, or all of the above. The challenge for us as service management professionals is to stay current while also remaining effective. Because if something exists that will really benefit your customer, we should be aware of it and try it. Nevertheless, it can be overwhelming. Some people may say I can't do ITIL if I'm doing DevOps. As it turns out, you'll be using little bits of everything."- Says Claire Agutter, one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Tech, 25 Top HDI Thought Leaders and our esteemed guest on the AITSM show.
